retrospectives

project gleewatch was quite a fascinating (?) time for me, and it took up a whole actual year of my life (!) so obviously it's been quite significant to me. the pain and suffering have got to me immensely and made me quite silly and then i've written some postmortem-type things to try and deal with that. here they will be compiled as, when, and if i write them

17th october 2023 well you know what. i've been to a darren criss concert now and look if this gets misconstrued i will explode and die but the woman sitting next to me who i was chatting with was a huge glee fan and we were talking about darren and she was just so lovely and it made me think Hey why am i putting down glee fans so much. this woman is lovely and we're both discussing this man with equal amounts of insanity so really i'm in no position to be on this high horse. abd then i thought Well yeah glee fans know their show is kind of shit but i have to respect them for that. and then i thought Hey maybe i've been a bit harsh on glee. which was a scary thought but kind of true becasue i did do this whole project with the intention of shitting on glee and the judgemen of my eleven year old self but really to paraphrase the woman next to me at the concert how can something be that bad when it has darren criss in it. come on. so i'm NOT saying i'm a glee fan BY ANY MEANS and if you take this that way then feel free to die but i AM saying that maybe i don't hate it. just very strongly dislike the vast majority of it
